KiiMasters – Terms of Service

Welcome to KiiMasters (“KiiMasters”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our platform, including our mobile applications, website, and related services (the “Service”).
By accessing or using KiiMasters, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility & Acceptance
You may use the Service if:
- You are at least 13 years old, and
- If you are under 18, you have obtained permission from a parent or legal guardian
If you are under 18:
- A parent or legal guardian agrees to these Terms on your behalf
- They are responsible for your use of the Service
KiiMasters is not directed to children under the age of 13.
2. Description of Service
KiiMasters is a Motiv’Action platform designed to turn inspiration into real-world action.
The Service includes:
- Access to exclusive content from verified “Masters”
- Action-based challenges and engagement tools
- Recognition systems such as KiiPoints, KiiCoins, and badges
KiiMasters promotes purposeful engagement, not passive consumption.
3. Accounts
To access the Service, you must create an account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Keep your login credentials secure
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds (Apple In-App Purchases)
4.1 Payment Processing
All subscriptions within the KiiMasters mobile application are processed through Apple’s In-App Purchase system.
By subscribing, you agree to Apple’s applicable terms and conditions.
4.2 Subscription Details
- Price: €3.99 per month
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled
4.3 Auto-Renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew unless:
- You cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple account settings.
4.4 Refunds
All purchases made through Apple In-App Purchases are:
- Final and non-refundable through KiiMasters
- Managed exclusively by Apple
Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple via:
https://reportaproblem.apple.com
4.5 No Partial Refunds
We do not provide refunds or credits for:
- Partially used subscription periods
- Unused time after cancellation
4.6 Founding Member Recognition
Early users may receive exclusive badges:
- First 500 users: “Founding 500 KiiBadge”
- Users 501–1000: “Founding 1K KiiBadge”
These badges:
- Are non-transferable
- Have no monetary value
- Represent early participation in the KiiMasters ecosystem
KiiMasters reserves the right to modify or discontinue these programs.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Post illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Attempt to manipulate or exploit the platform
- Circumvent payment systems
KiiMasters is built for positive, constructive engagement only.
6. Content & Intellectual Property
All content on KiiMasters, including:
- Platform design, branding, and technology
- Content shared by Masters
is owned or licensed by KiiMasters.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute content
- Use content outside the platform without permission
7. Masters & Engagement
KiiMasters provides access to inspiring individuals (“Masters”).
However:
- Interaction is not guaranteed
- Engagement depends on participation and platform mechanics
8. Data Protection & Privacy
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy.
We process personal data in accordance with:
- GDPR (EU)
- Applicable data protection laws
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
KiiMasters is provided “as is” without warranties.
We are not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of data, revenue, or opportunities
- User-generated content
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
- You violate these Terms
- Your use threatens the integrity of the platform
You may stop using the Service at any time.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If changes are significant, we will notify users.
Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of France.
